Dear WRRC Members, National Federations, Officials, Coaches and Competitors,
As the beginning of the 2026 competition season is quickly approaching, we would like to remind all member federations of the importance of completing the registration of competitors in the WRRC Registration System as soon as possible!
With the first competition of the year in Ljubljana, registration on time is essential in order to ensure a proper and efficient announcement process and enable the correct preparation of all competition operational procedures.
We kindly ask all national federations to review the status of the athletes and make sure that all competitors intending to participate in the year 2026 are fully registered in the WRRC Registration System. This is especially important for formations and music verification process.
In order to provide member federations with additional time to complete the necessary administrative work, the announcements deadline for the first competition in Ljubljana has been extended to 04 April 2026.
This extension is intended to support all members in finalizing their registrations and announcements in a complete, accurate and timely manner. We strongly encourage all federations not to wait until the last moment, but instead to use this additional period to verify all data carefully and to complete the required steps without delay.
Please ensure in particular that:
all competitors are registered in the WRRC Registration System,
all coaches are registered with all the data needed, checked and completed correctly,
all couples and formations for the Ljubljana competition are submitted properly.
We would also like to inform you that the WRRC ranking lists will be published soon, based on all currently registered couples in the system. For that reason, it is especially important that all registrations are completed accurately and on time, as the published ranking lists will reflect the status of the registered competitors.
We thank all member federations and their representatives for their cooperation, responsibility and timely attention to this matter.
A well-prepared registration process is an important basis for a smooth and successful start of the 2026 season.
