Annual coach registration

Dear members,

Following the decision of the WRRC Presidium on the first meeting in this year, annual coach registration is introduced as mandatory for the 2026 season. Coaches may only take part in WRRC competitions if they are registered via the relevant national federation in the WRRC Registration System and the annual registration fee has been paid.

To avoid any misunderstanding: it is not sufficient to add a coach to the system. The annual coach registration must be completed in order to fully activate the coach.

Annual coach registration – step-by-step procedure

1. The national federation / national administrator adds the coach in the WRRC Registration System (incl. required personal data, anti-doping statement and identity document upload).
2. The system issues an invoice for the annual coach registration fee.
3. The national federation pays the invoice.
4. After payment, the registration is verified and the coach is activated (annual status set to active/complete).
5. Only after the coach is completely registered, the coach can be announced for a WRRC competition.

Please also note that the existing rules regarding coach limits, and the requirement that all coach names must be submitted via the WRRC registration program, remain in force.
