WRRC — IMPORTANT NEWS FOR ALL DANCERS!
Dear Dancers,
We are happy to announce that during our upcoming event in Krakow we will hold the first-ever election for the WRRC Dancers’ Commission.
This new Commission is being created for a simple reason: we want dancers to have a stronger voice inside WRRC.
The Commission will represent your perspective, improve communication with the Presidium, and support the development of Rock’n’Roll and Boogie Woogie from the athletes’ point of view.
Want to Apply?
You can now submit your candidacy through the form below:
Who can apply?
– active WRRC dancers
– minimum 18 years old
– present at the competition in Krakow
– candidates may choose one or two roles (RR representative, BW representative, or Ordinary member)
Please note: RR and BW cannot be selected together.
Voting in Krakow
The election will take place on-site during the event.
Who can vote?
– dancers registered in the WRRC system
– at least 18 years old
– present in Krakow during the competition
We will have a dedicated Election Desk at the venue.
You will be able to vote either with a paper ballot or via QR code.
Each dancer receives one vote.
When Will We Announce the Results?
The results will be published on Sunday, after the competition in Krakow.
Why Are We Doing This?
Because it’s the right moment to create a space where dancers can regularly share their opinions about competitions, safety, event conditions, and the direction in which our disciplines should grow.
This is your sport — and we want you to have a meaningful influence on it.
We Need Your Engagement
We encourage you to apply and to take part in the election.
This is an important step for our whole community and for the future of WRRC.
See you in Krakow!
WRRC Presidium
